SHIPPING FEE
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
PROCESSING TIME

For stock products: Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days before shipping. Processing time may vary during peak seasons (e.g., holidays).

For custom orders: An approximate delivery time will be provided to you prior to order placement.
TAX OR DUTY
We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply to international deliveries. Please note that any international packages that are refused will only receive a 50% refund of the total value of the products (excluding shipping charges).
Please be aware that the shipping carrier may pay customs duties and taxes on your behalf upon entry into the destination country. This expedites the delivery process. In some cases, you may receive an invoice from the carrier after delivery, for duties and taxes they paid on your behalf, plus a small administrative fee. As we cannot predict the exact fees, we recommend that you consult your local customs office or tax agent for details regarding applicable charges on importing hair products.
AUTOMATIC RETURNS AND WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address information or refusal upon delivery, a 50% handling fee will apply. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in case of any return.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Incomplete or incorrect address details may result in delays or additional charges for reshipment.
